Samadhi is a state of non-duality —
where there is no battle between mind and body,
no tension between who you are and who you think you should be.
It is a state of peace, ease, and coherence.
A state of heart.
When this state is present, something profound happens.
The nervous system settles.
The body shifts out of defence.
And the foundation of healing is activated — not through force, but through safety, presence, and connection.
