You are invited to a Hall Full of Help!

Where a wide range of organisations within Ballarat provide assistance and advice for those in need in our community.

This event includes assistance from a range of areas, including food, mental health, utilities, legal, NDIS, financial and much more.

This a free event to attend, with a sausage sizzle and coffee van on site.

When: Thursday 17th October, 10am - 2:30pm

Today is R U OK? Day - a reminder to check in on those around us. Let's make a special effort to reach out to people with disabilities, carers, and neurodivergent individuals, who are often overlooked.

Living with a disability or being neurodivergent can be isolating, as can caregiving. A simple "R U OK?" can make a world of difference. Listen, offer support, encourage action, and show you care with a check in every now and then.

Remember: Just like disabilities, not all mental health challenges are visible. Take time to understand and support the people around you in our community. It could be life-changing.

🌻 When you walk into the Parent Place foyer in Central Ballarat you will be greeted with a table full of themed resources you can take home and a book swap shelf where you are able to take, swap or donate books!
