Here's an article I wrote last year in June. It explains how a course of treatment is recommended because the research supports it.

Getting the dispensary in today, most of it is unpacked. I will have to organise a new light fitting and some beautiful green indoor plants, and maybe some fairy lights and a water feature.

The sage and cleaning the windows did wonders for the energy.

Having been working really hard on the energy in the 2 front rooms, I had all but forgotten the back. Once the herbs get going we'll be cooking. 😊
