Our weekly Beginner’s Yoga class returns this week!
This class focuses on building awareness from the ground up — connecting mind, body, and breath to strengthen not only the physical body, but also our sense of mindfulness.
You’ll learn fundamental movements to support mobility and flexibility, and each week we’ll break down 2–3 asanas (poses) so you can better understand how they work and how they serve you in your practice and daily life.
Designed especially for beginners — and a gentle reminder that it’s never too early (I wished I started in my 20s) or too late (my mum got introduced at 60) to start yoga. The class will also guide you how you use yoga as a life tool to serve you better in daily life.
To support your entry into yoga and encourage a consistent practice, we’re offering a 5-week Beginner’s Pass (5 classes) for $90.
Each class runs for 90 minutes, allowing ample time to explore each practice more deeply and create balance in both our physical and mental wellbeing.
