As I take a little break to celebrate my 54th journey around the sun, I’m so thankful that we finished off the beginners term with a full class tonight. I look forward to returning with a new timetable on the 4th May 🙏🏼

We’re keeping our 8 weekly classes, including the FREE community yoga session, which has moved to Wednesdays from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. Our next 5-week Beginners term kicks off on May 5th.

Yoga has served me so well, especially as years go on. Now into my third decade of learning, practising and sharing my experiences, approach and knowledge in yoga to help service my vehicle - body, mind and spirit, to help navigate this journey called life in the best possible way I’ve envisioned.

I look forward to having you at the studio soon!

Established way back in 2013, I’ve had the joy of sharing yoga through classes, retreats, and workshops at lèyoga. After a three-year hiatus, I reopened the studio in 2025 at a new dedicated space at Red Gables Daylesford.

Yoga has been my anchor for over 20 years. It’s more than just ‘exercise’; it’s a life tool for balance and mental clarity that I’m passionate to share with you. Whether you’re looking to find your fire or find your peace, or simple turning up to reconnect with your breath, there is a spot for you here.

Our Weekly Lineup (8 Classes):
• Vinyasa Flow: For energy and movement.
• Gentle Flow: To build mobility and steady strength.
• Slow Flow & Yin: To quiet the mind and restore the body.
• Beginner’s Foundation: The perfect place to start or refine your practice.

At lèyoga, we offer 8 classes a week including a FREE community clsss on Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm to make yoga accessible for everyone (and making the first step into a yoga practice easier!)

With different classes designed for different intentions and needs, all our other classes go for 90 minutes to allow our practitioners time to ease into their asana practices and time to go deeper in pranayama.

On Thursdays, our Slow Flow Yin yoga practice allows us to connect with our mind, body and breath by ‘surrendering’ and working with gravity, incorporating with our breath, to find space, balance and peace within ourselves.

Our weekly Beginner’s Yoga class returns this week!

This class focuses on building awareness from the ground up — connecting mind, body, and breath to strengthen not only the physical body, but also our sense of mindfulness.

You’ll learn fundamental movements to support mobility and flexibility, and each week we’ll break down 2–3 asanas (poses) so you can better understand how they work and how they serve you in your practice and daily life.

Designed especially for beginners — and a gentle reminder that it’s never too early (I wished I started in my 20s) or too late (my mum got introduced at 60) to start yoga. The class will also guide you how you use yoga as a life tool to serve you better in daily life.

To support your entry into yoga and encourage a consistent practice, we’re offering a 5-week Beginner’s Pass (5 classes) for $90.
Each class runs for 90 minutes, allowing ample time to explore each practice more deeply and create balance in both our physical and mental wellbeing.
