It’s based on the energy, frequency and vibrations of thoughts! It's a fascinating concept.
I like to think of thoughts as these powerful vibrations that can either lift us up or bring us down. Just like tuning into a radio station, we have the power to tune into what I call our "mind station" that serves us with positive and loving frequencies.
So, imagine this: I've got my own personal "Love and Gratitude" station in my mind. It's like a radio channel that plays the most uplifting and joyful tunes, except in this case, the tunes are thoughts that fill my mind with positivity and love.
The first track on my playlist is "Gratitude." It's a beautiful melody that reminds me to be thankful for all the blessings in my life. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day challenges, but when I tune into this track, I'm reminded of all the things I have to be grateful for. It's like a warm, comforting hug for my soul.
Next up is "Self-Love." This track is all about embracing and celebrating who I am. It reminds me to be kind to myself, to appreciate my strengths, and to forgive my weaknesses. When this track is playing, I feel a sense of peace and acceptance wash over me.
