🌿 For the Dads: A Gentle Beginning 🤍

We love this offering from our friends at Transform Parenting and Light Heart & Hands — a 4-week Infant Massage program created especially for fathers and their little ones.

It’s a beautiful opportunity for dads to slow down, build confidence, and deepen their connection with their baby in those precious early months.

✨ Starts: Thursday 6 November
🕑 Time: 2–3pm
📍 Location: Downer Community Centre, Unit 4/6 Frencham Pl, Downer ACT

This gentle, grounding program reminds us that babies don’t just need to be cared for — they need to be felt, held, and known. 💫
