A gentle update for our families 🤍

To help us continue providing dedicated care and appointment availability for families needing Tongue Tie assessments and procedures, a $200 deposit will now be required at the time of booking from June onwards.

As these appointments involve extended consultation time for both parent and baby, late cancellations and non-attendance have a significant impact on our team and other families waiting for support.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
