A joyful Christmas dinner with some of the Nia gang! 🥂

Looking back on the year, I’m feeling deep gratitude for everyone I danced with. Thank you for sharing your energy and movement with me.

As we enjoy the Solstice energy today, I wish you all a peaceful and joyous Christmas. I’m already wondering... what will 2026 bring for us? ✨

💃🏻 I’m home again to my body, mind, emotions and spirit after a week of immersion into the fabulous Nia Art of Communication (Blue Belt) training.

🙏🏻 I have such a huge appreciation and respect for the content and delivery by two amazing women, trainers Laurie Bass and Sophie Marsh!

💃🏻 My goodness… there was so much joy, connection, growth, movement, personally and collectively! I will be bringing a whole bunch of juicy tools to share with you in class when we start up on the 14th October
