There is something so special about welcoming an interstate Nia dancer to our class. This week, we had the pleasure of dancing with the lovely Emily, who joined us all the way from Melbourne.

It’s always a joy to share the floor and reconnect with old friends!

We had fun classes this week dancing in the new year of the Fire Horse with the athletic and powerful Nia Dragon routine.

(I forgot to take photos/videos of Tuesday evening, but I did get one of me working out what the best photographic light would be in the Wesley Hall. I then overcompensated with loads of photos on Thursday morning though 😁)

Thank you everybody for being great sports and wearing red and 50 shades of red to celebrate the lunar new year, where we got to shed what no longer serves us, and ride forward with aliveness, energy and courage.

And as was shared at brunch after Thursday class, it was commUNITY in action transforming a routine into a celebration. (Something AI will never be able to do! 😎)

💥💥💥🏮 CELEBRATE LUNAR NEW YEAR! 🏮💥💥💥

In this week's classes, we are kicking off the lunar cycle with energy, luck, and a whole lot of noise! Come and welcome the Year of the FIRE HORSE as it gallops into 2026.

We’re about to clear out the old and bring in the new with our favourite DRAGON routine.

Wear RED to class: Red is the colour of luck! It can be a red top, a red ribbon, or even hidden red undies—make sure you're wearing it!

Classes start back this week!

This year is a little different in that I have personal holidays scheduled that don't line up with the school term holidays, so we won't have terms as such. We're back to the good ol' days of buying a 10 class pass, or a 5 class pass that you will be able to use anytime through 2026.
Casual class passes are always available.

Simply come to class a few minutes before start time to register.
There is the option to pay by cash, card or direct deposit.

New starters are welcome anytime.

⏩️Tuesdays 6:30pm - Forrest starts 3 February

⏩️Thursdays 8:00am - Kingston starts 5 February
