Great to see Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) Devlin Higgins featured in The Australian, highlighting the powerful role exercise plays in both physical and mental health.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist Dr Michael Inskip and his team have been conducting groundbreaking research into using exercise to improve quality of life in aged care.

"I realised we could – and should – be doing more than just making people comfortable. We should be helping them regain strength and independence wherever possible," Dr Inskip said.

He is committed to shifting the paradigm in aged care to promote active health improvement.

Thank you to 7NEWS Townsville for sharing this important work.
