✨ Do you know what is self-regulation?
It's our amazing ability to manage thoughts, emotions, and actions effectively.

🌬️ And, one powerful tool for mastering self-regulation is conscious breathing.
Your breath is not just inhale and exhale. It's an essential pathway to regulate your emotions. By tuning into your breath, you can calm your mind, center your emotions, and regain control over your actions.

👉 Try this when you feel you need to calm down in any circumstances: Inhale for 4 seconds, and exhale for 6 seconds for 2 to 5 minutes. This simple technique helps to regulate your nervous system, promoting relaxation and inner balance.

👉 My tip: Make little pauses during your day to breathe mindfully. Simply slow down the pace of your breath for 1 or 2 minutes (or more if you can).

Mindful breathing helps us to go through life's challenges with more tranquility and resilience.

At this epic event, Raquel and Ana join forces to spread the love for all things healthy!

Raquel brings the zen vibes with her popular Stretch & Breathe Class, while Ana whips up mouthwatering healthy treats for an after class morning tea.

It will be a morning to nourish body, mind and soul!

In the Stretch & Breathe Class with Raquel, you will be guided through practices such as gentle stretches, mindful movement, and breathing exercises, to reconnect with your body and relax your mind.

After the class, Ana from Oceana Healthy Food will be providing beautiful and delicious snacks for our morning tea and we are going to have some time to meet each other, share our experiences and make some new connections.

Give yourself the opportunity to take some time for self-care and wellbeing. You deserve it!

Brazil needs help 🙏🏻 the Estate of Rio Grande do Sul is under water, literally. There are 300 cities in the Estate affected, and about 50.000 people affected. They lost their houses, and some lost their lives.

👉 What to expect:
A calming environment where you will be guided into a meditative experience that combines stretching, mobility, mindful movement and breathing to reset and restore body and mind.

👉 Is it for me?
This class is for you if you:
- are experiencing fatigue and tension

🌿 Tire um tempo para relaxar. Inspire, expire. 🌿

Neste mundo agitado em que vivemos, é fácil se perder no meio de tantas responsabilidades e compromissos. Por isso, é fundamental reservar um momento do dia para cuidar de nós mesmos e recarregar as energias.

Hoje, quero te convidar a praticar uma pausa consciente. Feche os olhos, respire profundamente e sinta o ar preenchendo seus pulmões. Deixe que a tensão vá embora a cada expiração. Permita-se relaxar, renovar e encontrar o equilíbrio.

A respiração é uma ferramenta poderosa para acalmar a mente e aliviar o estresse. Quando nos conectamos com o nosso ritmo respiratório, somos capazes de diminuir a ansiedade, aumentar a concentração e promover um bem-estar geral.

Então, tire um momento agora mesmo. Inspire, expire. Deixe que o peso do dia se dissipe a cada expiração e dê lugar a uma sensação de serenidade.

🌿Take some time to relax. Inhale, exhale. 🌿

In this busy world we live in, it's easy to get lost in the midst of responsibilities and commitments. That's why it's essential to carve out a moment in the day to take care of ourselves and recharge our energies.

Today, I want to invite you to practice a conscious pause. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and feel the air filling your lungs. Let the tension melt away with each exhale. Allow yourself to relax, renew, and find balance.

Breathing is a powerful tool to calm the mind and relieve stress. When we connect with our breathing rhythm, we're able to reduce anxiety, increase concentration, and promote overall well-being.

So take a moment right now. Inhale, exhale. Let the weight of the day dissipate with each breath, making way for a sense of serenity.

Don't forget that you deserve this time to relax and take care of yourself. Remember that by finding inner peace, we're able to face the challenges of everyday life with clarity and serenity.
