New workplace, new projects! 🙌🎉

Many know I’m a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, so I feel incredibly fortunate to have landed in a workplace that’s doing remarkable things in this space! 🌟 Having been part of working committees to deliver two previous Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs), including Respect and Innovate, I’m now thrilled to be part of a team that delivered its very first RAP this week as part of National Reconciliation Week 2025. ⚫️🟠🟡

Last week I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the wonderful ‘lady in red’ Margaret Conway for an upcoming episode of ‘Humans of the Northern Beaches: We Belong’ podcast. Margaret did an incredible job exploring my journey — from my small business Fit Fantastic, my professional career in HR, my deep commitment to community and volunteering, to growing up on the beaches and being part of the 4am Club (rising early to get it done).

This project for charity and and Northern Beaches Council beautifully humanises our ventures and celebrates the diverse stories that make our Northern Beaches community so special. A huge shoutout to , owner and videographer of .booth.podcast.studio , a fantastic local entrepreneurial woman creating athe most divine, and welcoming, space for storytelling and connection. 🫂

It’s inspiring to see women uniting for community projects, small businesses, and initiatives that foster connection and support. I’m grateful to be part of a community where collaboration and passion drive us forward.

This Sunday 25 May, I’ll be centre stage at Cathy Freeman Park, Allianz Stadium – a huge honour as Fitness Trainer and Ambassador for ‘s flagship event! 💛

This one is special. It’s the hero event in the national series, and to be invited to help energise, support, and inspire this incredible community is something I hold close to my heart. 💚
