🎉 Kicking Off 2026 by Growing Our Team of Disability Support Workers! 🎉

We’re looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join us and make a real difference across the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

- Shifts available across weekdays and weekends
- Must have a driver’s license and be open to travel

What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access
- Supporting clients at appointments and engaging in social activities

What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours
- Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN
- Initiative to help our clients achieve their goals and build community connections

Last Wednesday, we gathered at Long Reef Beach for a refreshing morning of walking, talking, and connecting! 🌤️
It was wonderful to see everyone come together, share stories, and build stronger connections, all while enjoying the beautiful coastal views and a good cup of coffee.

🌊 Seaside Walk for NDIS Providers ☀️

Laila and Leidy joined the NDIS Providers Walk at Brighton Le Sands this morning. A great opportunity to connect with a diverse range of providers.

Several services were showcased during the event, including mobile physiotherapy, NDIS application support, in-home services, community access program, and Multiple Sclerosis services covered under Medicare. It was insightful to learn how different providers are supporting participants to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.

Always great to learn how others are supporting participants to live more independently and improve their quality of life.
