Who hasn't felt like this facing a mountain of tasks? The overload of responsibilities can be overwhelming, generating paralyzing anxiety that leads to procrastination.

The more tasks we accumulate, the harder it seems to start any of them. Time pressure consumes us, and the feeling of not being able to cope only increases.

But hey, take a deep breath. You're not alone in this. It's important to recognize when we're overwhelmed and find ways to deal with it.

One tip is to break tasks down into small steps and establish priorities. That way, it's easier to start and make progress gradually.

Also, make sure to take some time to take care of yourself. Practicing self-care, whether through meditation, physical exercise, or simply taking time to relax, can help alleviate anxiety and recharge your energy.

And remember, you don't have to face this alone. I'm here to help you. With Reiki therapy, a holistic therapy that promotes energetic and emotional balance, you can find relief from anxiety and stress.

You must have heard about the Wild Wild Country documentary film. Surely, at some point, you've also come across news about fake gurus being exposed. This reality makes us question: is the concept of gurus just a hoax?

Well, it's undeniable that the exposure of false spiritual leaders brings with it an important advantage: they can no longer deceive people with impunity. But, on the other hand, is all this exposure not driving people away from true self-discovery?

I remember the 2000s, when self-help books were the subject of ridicule. Nowadays, even social media pages are dedicated to criticizing coaches, spiritual masters, and any form of belief and personal guidance.

Certainly, we must exercise caution and discernment when seeking guidance, but we cannot let the hatred poured out on false gurus prevent us from pursuing our own journey of self-discovery. After all, we're not here in this plane just to have a material experience.

Speaking from personal experience: all the time I invested in developing my spirituality was incredibly valuable to me. In fact, I gathered all my learning into a course that I named Self Guru. I think it was a happy choice of name because the idea is to be our own gurus.

*Balancing the Mind with the Energy of Water💧

In Chinese medicine, water is linked to our wisdom, emotional intelligence, and, most importantly, our ability to face challenges with tranquility.

When our body doesn't receive proper hydration, many systems become imbalanced. One of these is our nervous system, which deals with stress. Dehydration can elevate cortisol levels, the stress hormone, making us more anxious and sensitive.

Water is the essence of life, and when we are well-hydrated, our minds flow more clearly.

Sometimes, well-being isn't just about the body but the soul too. Today, I want to talk about the "Kettering Law," which reminds us of the importance of selfless giving.

This philosophy teaches us to give without expecting anything in return, to help others anonymously, and to spread positivity without the need for recognition. The magic of this approach lies in how it fills our hearts and elevates our spirituality.

In Reiki, we learn to channel universal energy to promote balance and healing. And by embracing the Kettering Law, we can take this healing energy to the world selflessly. By giving, we not only assist others but also nurture our own soul.

So today, I challenge you to practice selfless giving. Do something kind for someone, expecting nothing in return. Feel the warmth of gratitude and compassion in your heart. Remember, the act of giving can be a valuable source of spiritual well-being.

Sometimes, the first step towards healing is the willingness to let go of what made us unwell. To change, we need to leave some things behind. That was the case for me; I left the big city, my friends, and I'm gradually settling down here in Port Macquarie.

Another thing I left behind was my clinic, and that's what I want to talk about today. I continue to offer my Reiki sessions, but now, I'm providing them exclusively by distance.

The opposite of anxiety is the state of presence. It's not just about confidence, but being fully present in the now. Anxiety is less about a lack of confidence and more about excessive worry and stress, projecting problems onto an uncertain future. Depression, on the other hand, dwells in the past, unable to overcome past traumas.

Embrace the present, as it's the greatest gift we have. While concerns may arise, the future is abstract and uncertain. It's how we handle life's challenges that truly matters. The past remains unchanged, but the now offers the opportunity to live fully. 🌟

Do you know that moment where you are in the depth of fear and cannot get out of it. That was me yesterday, and I asked for help from God. Next morning I went to grab a coffee with my dearest sister .alves.silveira and we decided to go to the waterfall. Arriving there, and her husband to be were enjoying nature playing their didgeridoo and flute. It was exactly what I needed, the help I asked for coming through those 3 angels, different faces of one same Divine Source. I cried and cried and cried in gratitude of how magical life is.
