22 years ago today I qualified as a Reflexologist 💜I love being a Reflexologist! The feet tell so many stories. Every dry area, hard skin, crack, plumpness, emptiness, muscle tone, angle of the instep gives me information about what is going on for the person on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Reflexology isn't just a deeply relaxing foot massage (which is a huge bonus!) but it also opens the energetic channels within the body that pass through that particular organ or system. This helps to clear blockages and bring in revitalising energy. I've seen some wonderful changes within people from receiving Reflexology.

Would you like to deepen your connection with the Reiki energy? Have more tools to access to take your treatments to the next level?
Reiki Level Two is the practitioner certification and is the next step on from Level One. It introduces you to 3 symbols that will broaden your ability to channel and utilise the Reiki energy. It adds another dimension to both your self-healing treatments and those you give to others. With these symbols you will be able to increase and "lock in" the level of the energy, facilitate higher levels of emotional healing and give healing treatments over distance.
The workshop will focus on learning about the uses of the symbols, incorporating them into your treatments and daily life, meditations and delving deeper into your connection with the Reiki energy. You will receive 3 attunements and will have ample practice time.
Upon completion of the workshop you will receive a comprehensive manual, certificate and follow up support for the following 3 weeks.

This is an Oracle card reading I did for a lovely client this week who was looking for insight and guidance. I love combining my Reiki sessions with card readings. The cards can reveal underlying issues or show new direction in a situation that has become stuck. They can help the unseen be seen. I use the cards as portals during my readings, allowing the ease of channeled messages to come through.
I then take these messages into the Reiki session afterwards as starting points to work with. I find this often enables the energetic work to go deeper and to show greater insight into the situation from a spiritual level.

These daffodils smell divine and brighten up my reception desk beautifully 💛 They remind me of growing up in England. They are a spring flower though in the UK and with a much bigger flower head. Daffodils have the colours of the sacral and solar plexus chakras, so for me, they always evoke a feeling of lightness, joy and motivation. A wonderful flower to be around as the weather is getting colder! Which flowers do you love?

The course is run over 2 full days (9am-5pm both days). Full follow up support is given as well as a one-on-one Zoom catch up 3 weeks after the course. I have been practicing and teaching Usui Reiki for 24 years and it has enhanced my life no end. I am an "Approved Training Provider" with IICT.
