The year of the 🐎 has commenced, & goodness me the interactions I've had this past 4 days are a blessing in the activation of my creative soul work.

More aligned than I can express.

The sidelines have called, they've served an eviction notice...Vacancy of the bench is required.

It's time to giddy up 🐴💫🙌

We are coming up to a New Moon eclipse, and eclipse energy is always intense. It can feel like everything is speeding up and slowing down at the same time. Emotions rise to the surface. Situations shift quickly. Things that were hidden start to show themselves.

Empaths and highly sensitive people feel this energy even more. You may notice stronger moods, vivid dreams, sudden fatigue, or waves of emotion that do not seem to have a clear source. Crowded spaces can feel heavier. Noise can feel sharper. Your nervous system may feel overstimulated.

This does not mean something is wrong. It means you are tuned in. Eclipse energy brings endings and beginnings together. It clears what is outdated and makes space for what is next.

Move slowly. Rest more than usual. Drink water. Spend time alone if you need to. Protect your space and your energy. This is a powerful reset, and you are allowed to take care of yourself through it.

Today brought yet another last minute skip down the yellow brick road of unplanned, yet necessary road trips.

Once home, off went my shoes. My feet met the small but significant pocket of green grass that remains, with such gratitude for this simple pleasure as, the majority of our yard is yellow & prickly underfoot.

Listening to natures song brings a calm to my soul. I am enjoying the many simple tunes this small but significant beauty is gifting in cohesion via a much needed release from above 🌧

I haven't been myself...honestly.

My voice is blocked, with no energy to explain.

I am proud of the fact that I'm a warrior in ways many don't understand, because they don't know.

Always be kind.

Judgement has no voice here.

Souls grow through compassion & understanding.

Unlocking the heartspace is paramount to life.

The sweet caress of nature is a soothing force.

Take a moment to find, retrieve & drive your warrior force too 💫💛

Currently in creative stillness, while listening.
Pressure doesn't reside in this space anymore, I released that through the Leo 🌕🙏💧🪷
If the parental pressure portal would cease, I'd be kicking goals daily. May we all find the ongoing river to wade in that never stalls🙏💛

Good morning. My new membership for creative women building businesses, creative houses and dreams is rapidly growing and I’m absolutely loving teaching it and will be adding more and more offerings inside of it over time

We need beautiful collectives for women and mine is now beginning. (Society can be hard- lets rise together)

I am having my European friends join my new collective (fern) so hold two classes per month so we can work with the time zones.
