Practitioner 2 day Herbal Manufacturing Workshop.
6th & 7th December 2025.
Professional Herbal Manufacturing Workshop
Formulas & Protocols
An immersive Herbal Manufacturing Workshop designed for those ready to step into practical, medicinal-level herbal formulation.
I’m delighted to invite you to the upcoming Herbal Manufacturing Workshops 6th & 7th December in Deloraine Tasmania, where we’ll journey into my medicinal herbal garden to be introduced to the medicinal herbs, where you will learn best growing, harvesting for potency and touch, feel & taste. This is where you will learn to transform fresh, vibrant herbs into powerful medicinal and beauty products.
This workshop is a presentation of medicinal tinctures plus medicinal & beauty herbal products for sale within your clinic. The formula’s presented are of the highest quality, easy to prepare and will bring a further income stream to your clinic.
For example: Each 1 kilo medicinal cream takes approx. 1 hour & produces
20 x 50gm jars, they can be sold for $25 each, which will bring in $500. Producing your own creams is an enjoyable process & increases your income.

Having worked with a Pharmacist/Herbalist for 15 years, I am presenting his pharmacy techniques in this last workshop – you will learn preparation, production of medicinal balms/creams/tinctures, also ensuring a good presentation of product plus shelf stability. All of the information & techniques being presented from herb growing, harvesting, processing & production ensure a good presentation of the product(s).
I have been using these techniques & formula’s for the past 25 years and can attest to the quality of the products. Labelling will also be discussed.
This is a practical, immersive experience designed for those who wish to deepen their connection with herbal medicine making. You’ll be working directly with living plants, harvesting and processing them into a variety of therapeutic and skincare preparations.
Day 1 Saturday:
Morning:
1. Aloe Vera Gel: fresh gel & stabilising for 12mths. Demonstration only. Take home small bottle
2. Herbal Infused Oils: Demonstration: Fool proof method of making a cold infusion with Calendula or Comfrey Lf. How to stabilise with antioxidant & ensuring no mold growth. Discussion on warm infused oils.

Afternoon:
5. Fresh Alcohol plant tincture calculations: Capturing the fresh plants life force and energetic signature of the herb at its peak growth. The key to a high-quality fresh plant tincture lies in correct plant-to-solvent ratios, harvest timing, and technique. We shall harvest and process the fresh herb using the fresh plant tincture calculation. Preparation of fresh plant tincture. Discussion on maceration & pressing.
6. Green Juice: demonstration of a cold succus tincture production and if time incorporating into a base cream. A succus is the fresh-pressed juice of a plant preserved with minimal alcohol. It is one of the most potent and immediate forms of herbal extraction, offering phytochemicals & colloidal minerals, enzymes, and the raw vibrancy of the living plant.
While traditional tinctures macerate the herb in solvent over time, a succus is essentially a liquid essence — a direct imprint of the plant’s vitality that is ready in 24hrs.
Day 2 Sunday:
Morning: You will be making two creams to ensure you are able to repeat the process post workshop.
