A session at Akira Balance involves 'you' and what you want and need - a relaxing reflexology foot massage and chakra balance with the option of essential oils, then continuing on with a Reiki session with or without crystals. I talk to you about what you would like in your sessions as I want you to get the most out of 'your time'
Reiki is about connecting to the universal energy and correcting underlying energy imbalances. My belief is that we all have immense power and knowledge within us , tapping into our intuition gives us answers and direction. We all need to practice 'self care' taking time out from the everday, to relax and unwind and do the things that help you to feel calm, grounded and nurtured. A Reiki and Reflexology Session helps you to find that calm and deep relaxation to start you or help you on your way to a calmer and healthier 'you'
