Tuesdays 4-5.30pm with Kristina in Western Creek
Wednesdays 5-6.30pm with Kristina/Antonia at St Andrews Church in Deloraine
Thursdays 10.30am - 12pm with Jasmin in Western Creek
Sunday 5 - 6.30pm ONLINE via ZOOM with Kristina/Pia

All classes are suitable for beginners and progressive students, as we modify and offer alternative practices. $15 casual attendance, for term bookings, speak to your teacher.

We look forward to practicing with you this term.

Thank you to All who came and celebrated the ending of the old and the beginning of the new year. We were gently and powerfully guided by Geeti & Gyan, who inspired, nourished and rocked our community gathering - Thank you so much! Much joy, love and inspiration were felt and shared.
We're wishing everyone a healthy, happy and adventurous year and we hope to see you at one of our classes, retreats or kirtans 🙏😍🧚‍♀️
