Structure, intent, and discipline.

Adam came to NGPD in August with training that had lost direction —
low energy, no structure, no clarity in nutrition, and lacking execution.
Just going through the motions.

We rebuilt everything from the ground up with intent:
– Structured training
– Performance-based nutrition
– Consistency
– Execution
– Weekly feedback and adjustments

As an online client, Adam also invested in PT sessions — understanding the value of refining his technique — then applied those cues every week with zero ego and full intent.

Eat less, move more. Simple, right?

Client Spotlight: .mor

These photos are just over 12 months apart both sitting around 60kg.

In that time, we completed a 10-week dieting phase and then spent the last 47 weeks in a moderate surplus, focusing on performance, recovery and building quality muscle.

Pam’s incredibly consistent not just when she’s dieting, but all year round and that’s what allows her to keep progressing each time we move through a new phase.

Now we’re heading into a mini cut for summer, but from a completely different starting point.

Client spotlight on long-term client
Same weight, 12 months apart, a completely different look.

Since stepping off stage last year, we made the decision to take the time needed to build the density required to bring a more competitive physique in line with the judges’ feedback.

Never wasting time, Mel approaches her off-season with the same intent and focus as prep and it shows.

The bikini division is a fine art - presentation, balance, and symmetry must align perfectly. Even slight overdevelopment in the wrong areas can shift the look. Working closely together in the studio, we’ve been able to refine her silhouette, improve balance, and build density in the right areas.

For anyone who knows Mel, she’s not in it for the clout, purely process-driven and dedicated to continuous self-improvement. It’s been a pleasure watching you evolve, both in physique and confidence as an athlete.

Fast forward 52 weeks working with

On the left: post-ICN comp debut weighing in at 80kg vs. On the right: 105kg, closing in on the end of a very productive off-season.

With a background in high-level soccer, Scott has carried that same discipline and professionalism into bodybuilding, finding a new passion and purpose in the process.

Never distracted, always focused on executing the plan, and always ready to take on the next challenge to raise his standards as a Men’s Physique athlete.

It’s been an honour watching Scott grow from strength to strength over the last 12 months, pushing new levels of training intensity and self-belief.

Not long now until we run it back for Prep 2.0.

What to look for in your next shop:

✅ Whole Food Ingredients: Prioritise products with recognisable ingredients.
✅ Minimal Additives: Avoid artificial colors, flavours, thickeners, and emulsifiers.
✅ No Ultra-Processed Oils: No canola, vegetable, and seed oils.
✅ Low or No Added Sugar: Check labels for hidden sugars like glucose syrup, maltodextrin, and high-fructose corn syrup.
✅ Minimal Processing: The fewer ingredients and processing steps, the better. Look for organic or minimally refined options when possible.

Always read the labels. Save for your next shop!
