📣 So, I have made a decision that was not easy by any means, to close Myo on the Move for the foreseeable future. I have taken on a completely different job and I am looking to try and do some Myotherapy work down the track once I settle into my new role, if I can. This isn’t a promise but a hope that I can add it in to the mix again at some stage.

I would just like to Thank the entire Deniliquin community for their support since I arrived here just over 2 years ago, it means so much and I’ll be forever grateful.

I would also like to especially thank those I’ve worked closely along side and , you’re all legends and made it an absolute delight! Also a shout out to my old boss at in Mildura who has given me some excellent guidance when I started and whenever it’s been needed, thanks legend x

Online bookings have been switched off so if you’d like to see me for one last appointment before I finish up on Friday 19th July, please get in touch via phone or socials, whatever suits you best.

2 🎁🥳🎉

Today marks 2 years that I started my little venture here in Deni ✨ The time really does fly when you are having fun 💃🏻 I just wanted to share the milestone with you all as it’s you I have to thank!

Thankyou all who have walked through my door into the little space that I love so much, or anyone who has helped me in any way, if you’ve shared, liked or recommended my little business, I really appreciate it!

A massive thanks to those I work along side , they are all legends and without them I am sure I would be lost!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New year! 🎅🏻🎄

The clinic has now closed for the year and I will be returning on Tuesday 9th of January, after a break to spend some quality time with family and friends 🎄

I would like to thank everyone who has supported me over the year in any way, I truly appreciate you all! Moving to a new town and starting a new business was a very daunting prospect but how rewarding it has been so far, I am looking forward to many more years here in Deni.

Well, it’s been a while between posts but I thought it was time to put this out there with the trying times occurring at the moment- not only for Deni but anywhere along the river system right now… Due to the stress you might be experiencing all kinds of aches and pains as well as from all the sand bagging that has been going on, but I wanted to talk about headaches or migraines.

Stress is a result of many chemical changes going on in the body, namely the hormone Cortisol. This can have an effect on our muscles also, increasing tension which in turn can cause a headache or migraine for some.

Here are some of common referral patterns by muscles of the head and neck

If you are suffering, you don’t have to be.

Come and see me and we can work out if these muscles are to blame and give you some relief ✨

We are looking for a vibrant, energized person to join our client support/reception team primarily in our Echuca centre.

The successful applicant will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, taking care of other administrative aspects of a busy reception area.

This position would suit someone who is friendly, confident, well organised, well presented and enthusiastic about health and wellbeing.

The position is based on the Health Professionals & Support Services award & will be approximately 25hrs per week.

Applicants must be reliable and flexible as extra shifts and filling in for staff holidays/ personal leave will be required in our Echuca, Kyabram and Deniliquin centres.

At N8 we expect a high standard of work from each other and hope this will be a high priority for any applicants.
