Clear Lifestyle Support are currently seeking to employ an Administration Officer for our Deniliquin office
Clear Lifestyle Support are an NDIS Registered Provider with offices based in Deniliquin and Barham. We provide support to participants in and around Deniliquin, Barham, Finley, Jerilderie, Mathoura and Berrigan areas. We are passionate about our participants and what we do.
About the role
CLS is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team. This role commences as a casual position (3 days per week) with views of becoming a permanent part-time role following a 3-month trial period.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Meet and greet at reception and by phone
• Learn our rostering system
• Learn payroll and invoicing
Skills and experience:
• Prior working experience in an administrative position
• Proven ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in payroll (XERO) and rostering preferred
• Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills
• Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
• Must be able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
• Must have a valid NSW drivers’ licence
Remuneration will be based on experience, we pay under the SCHADS award

Well it’s finally happened. We can proudly announce that we are now a fully registered NDIS Provider.
Two years of intense paperwork and auditing has been ticked off by the NDIA.
A huge thanks to our office team helping collate all the paperwork and work tirelessly with the auditers.
Lastly to our team of support workers. You are all amazing carers and without positive feedback from our participants we would not have achieved this certification. So thankyou to all of you at Clear Lifestyle Support and thankyou to all our participants who put trust in our company. Looking forward to a bright future ahead. ☺️😍🏅👌
