A session with Tara is a safe and confidential space where the client can connect to their own answers and understandings. Tara meets the client with a deep respect and authentic presence, combining her sensitivity and compassion to support the client through their current challenges, goals and visions. Tara works with the client on all levels - the mind, the physical body, the emotional body and the spirit.
