Workshops in Gong and Sound Baths with Reflection Process (deeper treatment than just for relaxation), Drumming with Games, drum circle and Rhythm of Life (to help balance your daily routine), Soundscapes (Literal, Metaphorical and Narratives). Can do private closed session for groups. Individuals: For relaxation or on a deeper level that can be life transforming. I use Himalayan Metal Bowls, Voice (toning and overtoning), Crystal Singing Bowls and Percussion. Reiki Practitioner for Emotional, Mental, Physical and Spiritual Health in quiet country surroundings. Distance Healing with Reiki and Crystal Therapy.
