Our family include “restorative rest” into our lives. If you’ve stayed with us, you’ve tried it and hopefully- got hooked.
It looks like this. Lay as flat as you can, ideally having your head and heart level. Close your eyes and rest. Try for 20 mins but anytime is good.
This helps so much to avoid the 3pm slump in energy. Your nervous system gets to chill for a moment, your stress might ease for a moment and maybe, just maybe you might breathe 🧘
