A beautiful little gathering to unwind from the responsibilities of the week, opening a space to go inward, to connect with the inner world. We begin the process with a gentle yin practice, after which we will allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls, gongs and chimes to wash over and through us. Deeply relaxating. The last one was such a beautiful gathering, enjoying the harmonious togetherness in meditation and feasting after!

New class Mondays 9.30am to 11am
"Gentle Yoga and Meditation" with Deniz
This class aims at bringing us into a peaceful state through gentle practice of pranayama and asana and a short meditation at the end of most classes.
It s beginner friendly and also suitable for anyone who would like a slow yoga class.
