We are excited to be hosting yoga day on February 21st at the Beaconsfield yoga center. It is special as it is the first time we will be facilitating at the ashram together.
Graeme will share some of his very creative ways of using props to increase the efficiency of your or your students' yoga practice and I will be holding the afternoon session as a space of self healing, practicing a simple yet deeply transformative meditation as shared by Taosist master Mantak Chia.
We will be delighted to see you there!

What is Karuna Sanctuary Denmark?
Karuna Sanctuary is an Oasis and a space for Self Retreats on Weedon Hill. On the property, which is surrounded by the presence of the majestic karri trees, you find the SKYHOUSE RETREAT short term accommodation (https://www.skyhouseretreat.com.au/), the YOGA STUDIO (Karuna Sanctuary Yoga Room) and the HEALING CABIN (Shamballa Massage & Yoga)
Graeme, who has been a devoted practitioner of yoga for almost 50 years, has been lovingly creating and holding this sacred space for the last 30 years. He teaches 3 yoga classes each week and runs a yoga intensive in December and regular workshops on yoga and meditation.
Deniz is a healer, massage therapist, energy worker with a background in psychology, who offers a variety of treatments from her beautiful healing kutir.
The Skyhouse, built by Graeme, is a unique light filled artistic house surrounded by trees and granit rocks. It s a precious space for getaways and self retreats. 2 nights minimum, weekly and monthly discounts available for people who would like time to reset or are working on artistic endeavours or just want to come on a self retreat, doing yoga and enjoying wholesome massages and energy healings.
When we are not teaching or giving treatments we spend most of our time in the garden, growing veg and making delicious food.
We also offer one on one and private group classes and sound healings.

I am filled with gratitude to be able to soak in the sanctuary of Tao Garden and the teachings and energy of master Mantak Chia.
I m just beginning to scratch on the surface of these powerful ancient teachings and methodologies, all aiming to bringing harmony and health. If we can truly understand and embody this way of life, freedom will be. A system for empowerment and self regulation, very peaceful, very loving.
Deep gratitude to Master Mantak Chia for creating and holding Tao Garden, a place where people from all over the world can find and cultivate energy within themselves.
The abdominal Chi nei tsang massage is more than just a belly relaxation. It is deep healing on a physical and energetic level.

I ll be away for a month or so, deepening my knowledge of chi nei tsang abdominal massage.
If you d like a massage or reiki treatment, I ll be taking bookings until July 18th.
Blocks of various yoga classes and meditation workshops will continue from October onwards.
