Big thanks to for the designs and Matt for the printing.

Tshirts from that do a pretty good job for social responsibility up the supply chain. They wash well and wear super soft.

We have two styles,
💜🧡women’s shorter length with the little yogis in purple and mustard and
🩷🧡unisex style longer in length in pink and mustard with the sun mandala

$40 via bank transfer 🙏 in person pickup only.
Our first run is limited stock, so grab yours quick.

Our models are Donna in purple wearing women’s medium, and Carrot in pink wearing unisex large.

5:30-7pm
April 2 : Roll & release, your old favourite! using massage balls and other props to encourage myofascial release, a class to unwind physical and emotional tension and go with-(y)in.
April 9 : for those curious about all those ropes hanging on the DYC walls!
April 16 : exploring intelligent use of props; ropes, chairs, bricks, yoga belt...
April 23 : Inversion play. (class not suitable for beginners, and during menstruation alternatives will be given)
April 30 : Restorative, your other fave!

Bookings encouraged but not essential. (text me 0414651331).
You can simply drop-in, pay cash.
$25 per class or $100 for all 5.
