Yesterday we celebrated International Day of People with Disability.

With 5 million Australians living with disability - and more than 500,000 of those people accessing support through the NDIS - it’s important for us to educate and raise awareness so that we can continue building inclusive, kind communities.

💗 Of the 5 million Australians with disability, 90% are living with an invisible disability

💚 An invisible disability is a physical, mental, or neurological condition that cannot be seen from the outside

💙 Invisible disabilities may include autism, neurological conditions, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, mental health conditions, and more
