Learn to know yourself, listen to your body and mind connection when it feels not right and your mind says NO… If you don’t know what to say at the time just simply say I need to think about it, I will let you know. using the cost-benefit analysis can help you make a sound decision 😌

Vicarious trauma is real, this is a good reminder of how powerful our compassion and empathy towards others are but also so important to remember to check in with someone who can understand your needs or a professional who can help you recognise when your bucket is too full and help you set strategies (awareness of own boundaries, self care and quality time) so you can self regulate and help others again 🫶 Love your animals as they need us just as much as we need them 💓
