Trista has been practicing intuitive and guided yoga for over 15 years with a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification in Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga from Arohan Yoga School. She is also a certified Life Coach with Centre of Excellence and uses this knowledge to incorporate mindset mastery and personal growth techniques into her classes while providing a safe and supportive sacred holding space for her clients. On top of that Trista holds a BA in Nutrition and is available to offer advice and education on transitioning to a plant-based, whole-food, toxin-free lifestyle.

Strength isn’t always about pushing harder.
Sometimes it’s the quiet patience of showing up, breath by breath, even when the outcome isn’t clear yet 🌥

This week in class, we’re exploring the balance between strength and surrender—the strength of perseverance, and the surrender of trusting timing.

On the mat, that looks like letting your movement follow your breath instead of force… softening expectations… and allowing your body to open at its own pace.

In life, it’s remembering that growth is happening even when you can’t see it.

The seeds you’ve planted are rooting beneath the surface 🌱

Your only job is to stay present, stay gentle, and stay open to the unfolding.

Like a tree, our strength starts at the roots. When life feels uncertain, we can feel unsteady — yet our body always knows how to find solid ground.
