Welcome to Your Local Osteo, my name is Christina and I am an experienced Osteopath new to the Devonport area. Having just recently moved over to Tassie from Victoria with my partner and two kids, I am keen to meet some new faces, and help guide you on your health journey. I treat a broad range of conditions, from foot and knee pain, hip and low back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, jaw issues and much more. Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy, using various techniques such as soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint articulation and mobilisation (including adjustments where needed), stretching and dry needling. The goal is to get you back to doing the things you love, improving your body's function and mobility, and in turn help to reduce your pain symptoms.
