Easter means good food, family time, and a few chocolate eggs along the way.
And yes - it's okay to enjoy the treats.
A balanced approach, staying hydrated, and keeping your usual routines where you can may help support general digestive wellbeing.
Take it slow, listen to your body, and enjoy the long weekend.

Thank you to everyone who joined this year’s Easter giveaway!

No one guessed the exact number; however, we do have a winner with the closest guess. We will now be removing the competition post from our feed to help prevent scams and ensure everyone’s safety.

Thank you once again and be sure to keep an eye on our page for future giveaways.

Happy Easter! 🐣

We switched things up this week and celebrated Funky Fresh Wednesday a little early, with Friday being a public holiday.

It was also a great opportunity for a quick team catch-up—something we always value as we continue to support one another and our community.

We are truly grateful for your ongoing support of our patients and the wider community. Your trust means everything to us.

As we head into the holiday break, we’ll be taking some time to rest and recharge so we can come back ready to continue providing you with the best care and service.

Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and Happy Easter!

P.S. Keep watching to see our Funky Fresh video entry (Easter chocolate kicks in) 🐰😎 ُ
