I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and have been a trade qualified Chef for over 30 years with a diploma in BioScience and Nutrition. I am passionate about quality, healthy food with nutritional balance. After a recent 'health' reality check, I have decided to take the step of turning a life long dream into reality, utilising my knowledge and skills. I enjoy assisting people with their nutritional needs and dietary requirements. A little example of just a few of the things coming from the kitchen include,

Breakfast/Protein bars - Perfectly balanced for on the go people that want a quick energy filled, natural and healthy breaky while on the run. Lactation goodies - Including cookies, truffles, slices and banana bread which have helped my daughter along her breast feeding journey to boost and regulate her supply. Novelty Cakes and cupcakes. Also cake toppers to add to your own creations. Slices, cookies and party foods. I will have price lists posted up within the next week. I post lactation cookies, slices and biscuits. Payment made by either cash upon pickup or paypal if postage required. Please don't hesitate to contact me in regards to any specific dietary requirements.
