Happy 2026! Just letting you all know I will be hosting community acupuncture sessions the first Saturday of each month (apart from Easter Saturday).
This will start this Saturday 10th Jan 10am. $25 for a seasonal wellbeing treatment and $40 for a personalised treatment focusing on your main health concerns. Bookings essential as spaces are limited 🙂

Laura and I will continue hosting regular seasonal Yoga Pins sessions throughout the year so keep an eye out for announcements .

PS. Private acupuncture sessions are also available in my home clinic from this Friday onwards and Pilates classes at Black Head SLSC will be Tuesdays 5.30pm and Thursdays 10am starting back on 20th Jan 🙂
