Reiki with Heidi My name is Heidi and I am a Reiki, Chiron Practitioner and Energy Reader with over 20 years of experience.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes holistic wellbeing through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to facilitate and improve the flow and balance of your body’s energy. There is a life force energy constantly flowing through our bodies and all living things. The conscious awareness of this energy aids us to clear blockages, allowing for self-healing. During our session, I assist you in raising your energy levels and vibration. This increases the energy flow within and around your body thus helping to release blockages or resistance that may be affecting your personal wellbeing.
