2025 updated availability 🙌🏼 💫
As always - there may be weeks where it doesn’t look like this (IYKYK - kids) but these are my days & times!
Note that my Mondays are later times to cater for those working BUT you may be blessed with the sounds of children upstairs 🤣

Ready to get stuck into an amazing 2025 - I have things planned, thoughts, ideas & so many wants.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS 🎄🏖️☀️

Just a friendly update that I will be taking time off with family & heading away over the Christmas break!
My last day for 2024 will be Friday 20th December & I will be BACK in the clinic on Friday 17th January 2025!
Bookings are now OPEN for January 2025 🙌🏼🥰

My hours for the last few weeks of January are limited & varied as I’ll be juggling kids before daycare & kinder return 😅 (why it’s so late I will never understand haha)

I will then be working more days next week but less hours in a day (because of said kids & kinder hours aren’t ideal 🤣)
But keep your eyes peeled for an update on my new working days & hours for next year!

Please book ahead to get the support you need - whether you are birthing soon, wanting to get started on C section release, have recently had a baby or even just wanting to tune up those aches & pains 🤗

Pregnancy is a wild ride & we do so much for our little womb baby - from the midwife appointments, iron supplements & nourishing our bodies - but we need to also remember to manually prepare our bodies for what is to come.

How often are you checking your breasts? 🌸🌸
& that goes for women & men - breast cancer does not discriminate 👀

Every year over 21,000 people are diagnosed with breast cancer & around 300 of those are male.

So this October let’s bring awareness to your body - touch your breasts, look for changes & check anything abnormal with your GP! Find your normal as everyone is different 🩷

Do I need my scar released? 🙃

I truly believe if you have had a C-section - no matter how long ago - then you will benefit from having your scar & abdomen released 😍

If any of this sounds familiar let me know!

⚡️Tendernes when you touch your scar or the area surrounding it
⚡️Numbness/sensitivity around your scar
⚡️Pain & pulling at your scar with certain movements or exercises
⚡️Redness & a raised appearance
⚡️A “shelf” like appearance that you can’t seem to get rid of
⚡️Unexplained lower back or pelvic pain
⚡️Feeling like your breathing is dysfunctional & you can’t fill your belly with air
⚡️Disconnected with your core & your scar

This mama came to me 18 months post-partum after her 2nd C-section.
We have had 3 sessions over 2 months to reduce the adhesions surrounding her scar & tension throughout her abdomen as well as reduce the puffiness & discomfort through her scar.

She has also worn a silicone scar strip that has heavily reduced some discolouration & aided with the puckering in some areas of her scar.
Her breathing has improved & as such her training has improved & her connection with her body 💫

Have you heard of silicone scar strips??
When I had my first C-section I had no idea about these or what they could do & help my scar with.
I definitely wish my midwife or someone had told me though as they can be a game changer 😅🙃

TIME TO TAKE A BREAK 🥰🏖️☀️

I will be away from work from Wednesday 28th August & back in the clinic (refreshed as possible with 2 kids) from 9th September 🤗

Recovery doesn’t stop once your scar is healed - it can go much deepen than that 💫
But in between here is some guidance on things you can do to recover in the first 12 weeks after your C section 💪🏼 swipe for a break down of weeks post surgery 🥰 but remember everyone recovers at their own pace - my 2 recoveries were very different so be kind to yourself & honor what your body has just been through 🤗
