Pseudonaja textilis or more commonly known as the eastern brown snake, is the second most venomous snake in the world.
Despite their venom having the ability to have fatal consequences in as little as 30 minutes, snake bite fatalities are very rare in Australia.
Instead of fearing these snakes, we should learn to understand their role in the environment and appreciation their adaptations to life in Australia 🐍
