Winning Wednesday.....food made easy, which also helps me to eat in line with my goals. Preparation for the week takes the guesswork out and removes the option to grab something unhealthy.
Add a side salad, rice, or extra veg, and meals are done. I even have a cheeky little dessert of homemade protein bounty bites coupled with a protein hot chocolate.
