So many women are told this is “just hormones”…
But what I see clinically (and personally) is very different.
When you feel:
• Inflamed
• Exhausted
• Not like yourself
• Headachy, achy, foggy
• Completely flat by 2pm
There are usually multiple systems involved 👇
✨ Nervous system overload (you’re running on empty)
✨ Histamine / inflammation (this is a big one in perimenopause)
✨ Liver + hormone clearance not keeping up
✨ Nutrient depletion (even with a “healthy” diet)
And this is why pushing harder doesn’t work.
More exercise, more restriction, more “trying to be good”…
often just adds more stress to an already overwhelmed system.
What your body actually needs is:
✔️ Calm
✔️ Support
✔️ Rebuilding
This is exactly what I’m focusing on inside my 12-week reset.
