That moment when you walk into a room and completely forget why you’re there… again 🤔
If brain fog has become your unwelcome companion lately, you’re not alone. It’s one of those perimenopause symptoms that can make you feel like you’re losing your marbles, but I promise - you’re not going mad!
Your fluctuating hormones are affecting neurotransmitters in your brain, and that “where did I put my thoughts?” feeling is totally normal (though incredibly frustrating).
