At SportsCare Canberra, we have a wonderful team of Allied Health professionals consisting of Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Strength and Conditioning. We all strive to provide you with the highest quality care to keep you fit and healthy. Our team of Physiotherapists can treat and rehabilitate a wide variety of things including sports injuries, orthopaedic and post operative rehabilitation, back and neck pain, work injuries, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, hand physiotherapy, women's health and mastitis, concussion screening and rehabilitation, paediatric physiotherapy, running assessments and rehabilitation, pregnancy related problems and orthotic prescription. We have a team of Exercise Physiologists and Strength and Conditioning coaches. They work with all sorts of clients, from those just returning to sport after a long absence or injury up to elite athletes. Our team of Hand Therapists specialise in upper limb conditions and injuries, including the fingers, thumb, wrist, and elbow. They can help you with upper limb splints and braces, finger and hand lacerations, post-operative management, arthritis management, sport injury management, musician injury management, manual therapy, scar management, swelling management. We have a wide range of classes, including Pilates classes, pre-natal exercise classes, running classes and Diabetes exercise classes.

We’re incredibly proud of Anita for taking part in the MS Gong Ride to Fight MS — riding the short course from Engadine to Wollongong! 🚴‍♀️💪

With maximum heart Anita embraced the challenge and soaked in the serenity of the Royal National Park — no cars, just nature and purpose. The coastal stretch into Wollongong was the perfect finale to a meaningful ride.

This year’s event has already raised over $1 million to support people living with multiple sclerosis. What a privilege to be part of something so powerful.

This class focuses on improving core strength, posture and overall body control with body weight, rings and light resistance.

Stretch/ flexibility class focuses on gently lengthening your muscles, easing tension and improving how your body feels.
