Something is quietly growing at Soma this winter 🌿

We’ve been creating something behind the scenes over the last few weeks.

It’s for the women carrying a lot right now.

The ones balancing work, family, ageing parents, caring for everyone else, and dutifully placing themselves at the bottom of the list.

The ones who keep meaning to come back to themselves.

The ones who know they feel better when they move, breathe, connect, and walk through the Soma doors, but somehow winter makes it easier to disappear from those things.

We see you.

And we’ve been building something with you specifically in mind.

Something centred around care.

Slight updates again to our schedule! We love making sure this timetable offers you what you need.

We’re excited to welcome two brand new classes: Tai Chi with Lilu on Friday mornings at 7am, and Chakra Balance with Richa

Mat Pilates continues with Kathy Monday & Thursday mornings 7:15 am and Tuesday evenings 5:45pm, and also with Suganya on Friday afternoons 4:45pm & Saturday 12pm.

We have added another Hormone Balance class with Radhika , now Monday mornings 6am and on Wednesday mornings 6:45am

Vinyasa classes stay the same with Kathy and Hannah for that extra push and extension of your practice

We’ve made it easier to practice at lunch time - Dynamic Flow with Kathy on Monday and Thursday for a dynamic, faster flow and Flow with Koko on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - now at 12:15pm for 45 mins, so you can make it during your break.

Deep Yin with Sound Meditation on Tuesday and Friday mornings with - Koko combines yin with Tibetan sound healing for deep restoration

Exquisitely gentle Yin on Wednesday mornings, and Monday and Thursday evenings with Koko, Hannah, Alenka and Nadia

Somatic Meditation on Tuesday mornings for nervous system rest and regulation

Saturday & Sunday classes stay the same with the lovely Hannah

We’re thrilled to be sharing our big news. This change means a lot to us, and I hope you love it just as much as we do.

We’ve restructured our yoga membership pricing. And the reason why matters more than the numbers.

Soma has always been built on the belief that every woman deserves access to the kind of care that helps her come home to herself; to her body, her breath, her nervous system. Movement. Community. Stillness. These things aren’t luxuries. They’re medicine.

And yet, we know that for some of you, cost is a real barrier. We’ve felt the tension of that for a long time.

So we’ve done something about it.

We’ve reduced our membership costs AND increased the inclusions.

And we’ve also created a way to support those who need it most.

• UNLIMITED $45/week billed fortnightly - all classes and events, 6 weeks pause per year (because ), 10% off 1-1 clinical services
• PAY-IT-FORWARD $55/week billed fortnightly - same inclusions as monthly but actively helping those in our community who are struggling
• COMMUNITY CARE (negotiated) - 3-month memberships that let you keep practicing while things are tough
• YEARLY $1990 - same inclusions, just no pause (as you already save 9 weeks worth!)
• CASUAL $25
• 10-PACK $230

The Pay-It-Forward and Community Care tiers only work because of each other. When those who can give a little more choose to, it creates real space for those who need a little more support. It’s a community taking care of itself, which is, honestly, the most Soma thing we’ve ever done.

We believe in this model. We’re proud of it. And we hope you’ll be part of making it work.

Come reconnect and exhale with restorative yoga, sound healing, and oracle card reading. Ground yourself with rituals, feel uplifted with inspiring conversation, and nurture over a yummy fruit platter.

It’s the perfect balance of celebrating women, taking some restorative space for yourself, and connecting with community.
