Thank you 2025 and welcome 2026 

Goodbye 2025, Year of the Wood Snake🐍
My intention for 2025 was to embrace change by being flexible, trust my ability to adapt, and say goodbye to rigidity.

These moments from Woodford Folk Festival wrap up so much of that journey; adapting, flowing, listening, meeting each body, being in service without knowing what would unfold.
