Bowen Therapy is a dynamic system of physical muscle and connective tissue therapy that uses small, measured moves on the body to stimulate the body to heal itself naturally. A small investment in your own wellbeing of $70 per Bowen treatment is all it takes to start your wellness journey. Session lengths will vary depending on treatment on the day and detail of treatment plans developed with the client however will typically be less than 1 hour in duration
