🔧 Are you a tradie struggling with tennis elbow?

We’ve put together a short blog explaining:
✔️ Why tennis elbow develops in trades
✔️ Common mistakes that keep it hanging around
✔️ What actually helps settle pain and rebuild strength
✔️ How to get back to work without flaring it up again

If you’re in the later stages of rehab, you might’ve come across the 💧waterbag in your sessions.
It’s simple: a bag filled with water that shifts as you move. That shifting load creates instability, making your body work harder to stay controlled ⚖️💪
It’s a great way to build core stability, balance, reactive strength and to teach your body to maintain a strong position — especially important when preparing to return to sport 🏃‍♂️🏉⚽ where things don’t always go to plan.
Tools like this help bridge the gap between controlled rehab and real-world performance.
