Since the pandemic hit, we are online more than ever. It has become common to suffer from digital fatigue, where burnout and exhaustion are brought on by excessive time spent in front of our screens. Here are some ways you can overcome digital fatigue:

• Schedule time to disconnect - take a break from anything electronic to allow your mind to rest.

• Limit exposure to blue light - turn off screens 1-2 hours before bed, wear blue light glasses or install apps on your devices that block blue light.
