I have made a pact with myself: I need to get to yoga at least three times a week for my body to feel right. And when I say right, I mean less sore, more supple, not injured, and calm. Menopause has been a bastard to be truthful, and without Yoga I’d be moving like I slept in a cement mixer!! But it’s not only the movement – it’s the calm my mind needs.
So for June, we’re inviting you to make a pact with yourself, too.
