BrainON Kiwi Glow Smoothie 💚 Packed with phytonutrients, antioxidants, and the cognitive-supporting benefits of BrainON, this vibrant green smoothie is perfect for mornings, busy workdays, or a clean afternoon uplift. Light, bright, and nourishing — it’s an easy daily ritual for mental clarity and overall wellness.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon BrainON Powder
1 ripe kiwi, peeled
1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
½ cup baby spinach
½ cup coconut water (or filtered water)
¼ cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
3–4 ice cubes

Instructions
Add the kiwi, banana, spinach, yoghurt, and coconut water to a blender.
Sprinkle in BrainON Powder.
Add honey/maple syrup if you'd like it slightly sweeter.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips
For extra creaminess, use frozen banana slices.
For a deeper aqua tone, add an additional ½ teaspoon BrainON.
Boost protein by adding 1 scoop of your preferred plant-based protein.
