You have the right to make your own decisions… and if you
want or need help making decisions, you can choose someone
you trust to support you.

This person can be registered as your supporter.
Registering a person as your supporter lets people, like aged
care providers and workers, know that you may want to be
supported by them.

On Sunday, 23 November 2025, our Doncaster Rehabilitation Services team joined the Walk for Brain Cancer at Albert Park. We walked for every POWER client, past and present, who has faced the impact of brain cancer. Our hope is that by showing up, we encourage others to stand with us in raising awareness and supporting this important cause.

Looking for a friendly place to connect? Our Memory Place Café runs every 2nd Thursday of the month, 10am to 12pm at Cassia House. It’s a warm, inclusive space for people experiencing memory changes and their families. Join us for a cuppa, support and good company. Free to attend and open to all.

We’re so proud to see MannaCare’s POWER Oncology Program featured in Bendigo Bank’s latest community video.

The POWER Program provides tailored exercise and wellness support for people affected by cancer at any stage of their journey, helping participants build strength, confidence and resilience through movement and connection.

A heartfelt thank you to Bendigo Bank for their annual generosity and ongoing support of our POWER Program and the people we serve.

We are so grateful to for their ongoing generosity and community support.

MannaCare was honoured to receive a $20,000 grant for our POWER Oncology Program, which provides tailored exercise support for people affected by cancer at any stage of their journey.

Pictured is Sage Pahos, Executive Director of Community Services, accepting the grant on behalf of MannaCare from Ian Goldsmith.

The program offers a safe and supportive space for participants to build strength, confidence and resilience through movement, whether in a group environment or one on one.
