Both under sensitivity and hypersensitivity to touch are signs of under activity in the brain, especially the right side. Many parents think their child is a little toughy because he didn’t cry when he got hurt. However, it is really a sign that the child doesn’t have a normal feeling for pain and touch.
Hypersensitivity is also due to under activity of the brain but it is better than under sensitivity. This is the child who hates to be touched or is hypersensitive to the feeling of tags on shirts or particular types of clothing.
