This term we’re going to foster an attitude of gratitude. Gratitude doesn’t require big moments. We can feel grateful just to wake up, just to breathe. The ordinary in our lives can be sacred too. When you recognise what’s already enough, you find you’re not pulled around by desire or deficiency. In the words of Marcus Aurelius – When you arise in the morning, think of what a privilege it is to be alive – to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.
We’re also going to focus on back care. We’ll do this by working through the Dru Spinal Alignment Sequence, three routines from the Dru Back Care Course, and finish off with some lovely spine related postures. At each session you’ll be standing for half of the class and lying down on your mats for the other half. You might want to bring some extra blankets for a little more support on your mat or consider layering two mats one on top of the other.
Please note that these classes are pay as you go and there's still space in the Monday night and Friday morning classes however the Tuesday morning classes are now full.
