My passion is helping people of all ages, from birth, restore agility to their nervous system so they can feel safe in their body.

18 Years Experience & Private Health Fund Registered. Tailored treatments for injury rehabilitation or musculoskeletal &/or nervous systems maintenance with the main outcome of helping your body move and function better. Massage pressure is medium to firm working within the comfort of your nervous system and taking into consideration pre existing injuries, surgeries and conditions. I use a combination of remedial massage, trigger point, myofascial cupping, reflexology and dry needling techniques, where suitable to work through soft tissue tension and injuries. There is no standard routine & each treatment plan varies. Online Booking available

Remedial massage is beneficial for many conditions or for people wanting to be proactive about their wellness. Remedial massage promotes a state of equilibrium through your soft tissues as well as lymphatic and nervous systems. I'm registered with all private health insurance companies and you are able to claim your rebate in the clinic, health insurance provider permitting. Every body benefits from massage. I have decided to start a new treatment offering after chatting with clients, friends and our wider community and noticing a significant rise in individuals dealing with stress and anxiety.

“Stress-Ease” treatments will only be available on Mondays from the 8th of January and are craniosacral therapy based.

I’m excited to share, that as of August 1st I will be treating from 58 Justin Road Doonan in Shambhala Sanctuary.
I have no doubt working in this peaceful and tranquil location will improve the therapeutic benefits of my treatments.
Clinic days will remain the same, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 8:30 to 5:30.
